It's possible, just go to any town or outpost and open your Attributes and Skills window (Press K), and you can adjust them at will using the up and down arrows.

Be in any town or outpost and hit "K".
The only time you can change points in an explorable area is to increase one of your attributes and only if you have enough points already left over.
Also you might want to take those points out of Axe, hammer AND sword and just pick the one you like best.

Minor detail: You're talking about Attribute Points, which you should have 200 of when you reach level 20 and have done all Attribute Point Quests

Skill Points are points that you receive by leveling, doing certain quests in GW: Factions, and completing missions, with those points, you can buy skills and signets of capture

Do not put points into axe, sword and hammer at the same time. Pick one weapon and stick to it. If you're using a hammer, you do not need any points into axe or sword. Also make sure you meet the requirement of the weapon and/or shield you are using.

Remove all points from Healing, or Protection, unless you have some solo farm build. As a warrior you're main focus should generally be punching the face of whatever you're killing, not casting Healing Breeze or other silly skills. Leave the healing to monks. Warriors have some excellent survival skills without resorting to a monk secondary. Having said that, if you're playing through Prophecies, haviong some hex or condition removal is usually good. Tyrian henchmen have no condition or hex removal skills at all.
