+12 energy (req. 10 fire magic)
Earth Magic +1 (17% while using skills)

and no, i didn't type that in wrong.
that is what it says.
i don't know if this is a game glitch,
or if this is worth anything.
help please?

no its no glitch, ive gotten worse Ghostly Staff req 13 domination magic, halves casting time blood magic 19%, halves skill recharge healing prayers 18%
