wintergreen weapons

how do i get my wintergreen weapons, i've logged in to my account that i registered for my predictions and all the required fields are correct and I am using the same email address that I’m using on my guild wars account and that I guessed 3 positions on the ladder correctly which should give me 1 choice of a wintergreen weapon but when I talk to the agent in town he doesn’t give me anything so can someone please help work out what is going wrong, by the way I did submit a request from guild wars support but they said they are unable to help with this matter and to seek out help from fan forums so any help with this will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

Report either on the sticky in Riverside Inn with request from Gaile or using the Support report on PlayNC. If you do both, Gaile asks that you mention that in your post to her thread.

I've registered and made predictions...but I don't know where to check if I got any right. Where do I look?

just login and check your predictions against the winners list.

Or you can just go to the agent in LA, KC, Kamadan or Battle Isles and see what he says.

If you entered you are entitled to a bonus of one weapon even if all your predictions were wrong.

you get one even if you registered but didn't click on the link in your email acc because you forgot your password to that adress.
