Well, the NF rare skin pc sticky has req 9's at 100-150k, so maybe 70-80k for that one. I'm basing that on other items in the sticky with the same price range on req 9 tactics and listed values for req 10's.

Realize that what you have there is pretty rare. The paragon req tribal shields (also fairly rare) are a different skin.

Personally, I like both the skins, and I think the warrior tribal is especially unusual. But neither looks "leet" or menacing like the really popular warrior stuff right now, so it'll take you longer to find a buyer.
