If its today then its already gone and not enough notice was given (i.e. you posted it when I left work and started before I got home). I think it would be smarter to suggest a start time and ask who can make it and who cannot... rather than getting people to calculate it on the fly when they think they might have to be there...]

I agree... most people seem to be available around 6-8 PM on week days, so just set a date. Even if we end up a few people short, it's easy for 8 people to get 8 friends to help out (as opposed to 1 person getting 15 friends to help out).

Well... sorry I couldn't show up like I'd hoped I could've. Something unexpectedly came up that I had to attend to, but perhaps if we schedule more of these throughout the months, it may get more popular for cartographers. Still need that .4% of whatever.
