What insigma for FoW Beach farmer?

Hi,

I was wondering which armor insigma is more usefull while farming the FoW Beach. Stalwart (+10 vs. physical damage)
  • Knight (reduces physical damage by -3) What insigma gives you more protection?

    2nd question:

    I currently have a sword with a +30 HP pommel, but I though it might be better to get a swordpommel of shelter (+7 vs. physical damage) instead. I might be totally wrong, so I need some help with this.

    for FoW beach, go with shelter for sure. the insignia is up to you:

    with phys resistance dolyak signet and watch yourself you'll be taking 0's with just "plain" armor. With that high armor, -3 from knights will be more useful than the +10 from stalwart.
