are you sure you're using the email address that you gave when you signed up for an account? Double check your spelling and the capslock key.

Maybe you used a buddy key orso and it has all bene used up?

Well, if 'Ronnin De Palma' is your character name, I just tried adding you to my friends list to see what'd happen, and GW tells me that character name does not exist.
I don't know about your account status, but if that's the name of one of your characters then it's gone. :/
If you bought your GW account through EBay, or through any other means where you might have bought a used account, then there's a good chance the original user has reset the email/password and ganked all your gear. If you bought a used account there's nothing you can do. Anet will not give it back to you.

ok toolest i am sorry to hear of your predicament, but you must tell us everything about this account of yours, if you bought it in-game off ebay etc, it is essential that we know as much as possible in order to give any "helpful' advice, all i can do for the time present is continue browsing guild wars support and offer my deepest apologies and sympathy for the situation you currently have,..so sorry to hear it

0o0o i cant believe it have been deleted I got ronnin De Palma 13 level E/MO and Slayer Radena 11 Me guild Imperial Chav Hunters
i was officer there i dont buy it from e-bay its a original game with cd's (i broke em and my grandma recycled the other things :@ ) what more you need i even can tell you where i leave the chars.Ronnin is in Yak's Bend and Radena in the Guild hall.Ronnin got elementalist gloves and elementalist mant

Thanks for raising your problem. There is really nothing here that we could do for you. You will have to discuss your issue with the staff at http://support.guildwars.com. Make sure you reply to the initial e-mail you receive, and you will get help for your problem there.
