wintergreen weapon

i've logged in to my account that i registered for my predictions and all the required fields are correct and I am using the same email address that I’m using on my guild wars account and that I guessed 3 positions on the ladder correctly which should give me 1 choice of a wintergreen weapon but when I talk to the agent in town he doesn’t give me anything so can someone please help work out what is going wrong, by the way I did submit a request from guild wars support but they said they are unable to help with this matter and told me to seek out help from fan forums so any help with this will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance
