Hi I need a damage build for my n/mo, the skills must be from lion's arch, kaineng center or kamadan. A lot of hexes, i like. I'm not familiar with necro's so, plz help my lvl 14 nero out .

Enfeebling Blood + Oppressive Gaze is a nice AoE.
I used that when I was capping.
I just find until I am 20th level and with all 200 attribute points, I'd like to concentrate on 1 or 2 trees. Blood + Curse doesn't give you much into Soul Reaping.
But that's just me.

i got 170 points, just began in tyria and moved to elona. So i won't get the both +15's so fast. But almost in the desert but i finish elona first and maybe cantha also.
I have points in blood and soul reaping, don't use curse, don't need it for enfeebling blood because i only use it for higher damage of opressors gaze!

True enough, but desecrate enchantments (which you listed or signet of capture) requires cureses to do damage.
Anyway, I'd do the desert quests and the other 15 attribute quest in Tyria first, before completing Elona or Factions. What you can do is do a few quests in Elona (to get some heros) and get the Assassin hero (and level up your Elona heros while doing so). Ascend in Tyria, get the 2 15 attribute quests with heros only and then complete either Prophecies, Factions or Elona. That way, you'll have 200 attribute points and have your heros leveled up sooner.

My current level is 18 now and the hero's are around lvl 18 ^ 19, i will wait till i'm lvl 20 en then i'm going to droks and cap some leet elites.

Good, because incase you didn't know, the 2nd set of 15 attributes are after Droknar's Forge.
I love caping. I had a wonderful time waiting for Factions, that I capped every single elite in Prophecies (capped them all with 3 characters - not capping them all in 1 character, than another, etc.; just in total - over 3 characters).
