PC on Vabbian bastion of fortitude plz

Hi all. Could someone be so kind as to PC this shield for me.

Vabbian bastion of fortitude (gold)
Arm 16 (req 11 motivation)
hp +30
inscription: "luck of the draw"
received physical damage -5(chance 20%)

I would salvage the mods myself... the -5 20% then then 30hp if you can still get it... high req and paragon shields have been hard to sell.... get more opinons if ya like tho
