newbie mission question

Where do I get the primary mission after I finish bloodstone? The outpost I ended up in didn't have any quests available.

When you finish the Bloodstone Fen mission you will be in Quarrel Falls. Here you should find Gareth Quickblade who will give you the quest "White Mantle Wrath: Demagogue's Vanguard". If you can successfully complete this it will lead you to Aurora Glade to get your reward from Councillor Vaylor. In Aurora Glade you'll get your next mission.

ok I have now finished bloodstone twice now and I still don't get a quest from anyone in Quarrel Falls, the only thing Quickblade says is "Can I help you?" or something to that effect anyway. What can I do? The only thing I don't have in mission is bonus but that should not matter should it?
