for #1, I'd say 5-10k Paragon stuff is not selling that well lately, and while those are on the NF rare skin list at 20-30k, the Paragon prices there are seeming a little high these past couple weeks. I have met at least one person that liked those and wanted one, but I think he got it already.
for #2, I wouldn't expect more than a few plat. That's the common skin for flame artifacts and the mods aren't great. You may have an easier time salvaging the +27 core and just selling that.
for #3, those are popular, but not exactly what you'd call very rare as there are a fair number of them around right now. I've sold req 9's with better mods for 25k. That was on a guru sell thread. So in game, if you can find a buyer, you might get more like 30-40k. Caster stuff takes longer to sell. You'd probably be able to sell it fast if you took 15k for it.
