Holy vials are very popular right now, as caster items go. And that on you have there has desirable mods. Maybe 40-50k?
I recently sold two, both with +30 cores but not the 15/-1 inscription (which I think demands a somewhat higher price than the inscriptions on mine.) The same buyer took my b/o of 37k on a req 9 version and 25k on a req 11. That was through a guru sell thread, and I'm often accused of selling too cheap.
Trust others over me. I've dealt with those two I mentioned, but not enough to be positive on the range.
