can heros have secondary professions?

i saw builds that people used for their heros and they say that their heros can use skills of 2 prof

is this true?

Yes; you switch their professions under the Skills/Attributes menu [K], the same way you do.

o ya, can you change their armour and weapons too?

You can give them weapons, and you can change their armor via challenge mission.
