Again, i have no idea about this. It is perfect and gold, but hey, u can get same skin from collector (just 9 Illusion Magic not 8).

Unless it's inscribable (therefore from NF and rare for the req 8'edness) maybe 5-10k? That's a common skin, and while it is dual-modded, the armor +5 over 50 isn't as helpful as the mods you can get on the collector stuff, like you mentioned.
