are you sure about this price check? I've been selling in LA dist 1 for a long time at 85k but I haven't gotten one single PM. Any selling suggestions or places would be great.

Might want to post on forums here to get good price. Just takes little bit patient to sell. I sold similar just little bit over week ago and got plenty offers and ended up to 95k.
