How can you put a price on these?

Pretty sure these type of things are a case by case basis ... Whatever someone is willing to pay for them is what you'd get for them.

At the moment I've seen these go average 20k-25k~/ea. Many are looking for the shield especially.

Yep, spear and then shield most in demand, then bow popularity-wise. Spear sells for more - 30kish.
