I am currently stuck at 99.4. Could someone please look over these maps and circle areas I need to get? To encourage people to help, I will be paying 2k per each .1% people help me get.

well my advice to you after just finishing mine, is to re-"scrape" each area. I know thats not what you want to hear, but trust me it works.

It's a pain, time consuming and mind numbing but it does work.
