What would make a good healer boon build?I caped Healers Boon and I ma now toying with a a good healing build that would go with it.I have stated with some basic skills.
1,Dwaynas Kiss2,Sigent of Dev.,3 ?? Orisons for now4,Vig Spirit5,Dismiss Condition6,Healers Boon7,Bonetti's8,Res Chant.
The one I am really stuck on is number 3 if this for a tough mission I would use heal party but for normal quests I am not sure what to use it for any input would be nice.
I really like that Dismiss Condition and I can use it on my self.I will look in PvP forums but a PvE version would be nice.
What would make a good Healers Boon build?

for your free spot, i would stick in a hex removal. holy veil preferably. id also take rez chant out, theres no need for it, even in pve. ;p if 6 rez aint enough in high level areas (or more with morale boosts), then your team is definately doing something wrong and your hard rez wont bring you far anyways. so, if you want heal party (which is really really nice with healers boon in PVE), kick rez chant.

You can't make a "god" Healer's Boon build. You can only make a good one.

Not sure I wouldn't bring res chant....so you're basically saying that a monk shouldn't bring res? Or a monk should take Resurrection signet? Either way that really doesn't sound right. Res Chant is a very good way of getting a team member up fast with Healer's Boon. If you get Healer's Boon AND the 20% chance of HCT on the staff then that's a 20% chance for a 2 second Res Chant. Not sure "If the monk has to res anyone then the party is crap" is the greatest attitude to take into a mission.

Some things to keep in mind with Healer's Boon is that some healing spells aren't affected by HB and therefore aren't really a good choice to bring with said elite. Examples are Vigorous Spirit, Healing Breeze, Healing Seed, etc. Ethereal Light is a pretty good choice since the half cast makes it much less likely to be interupted. I would reccomend something like the following:

Keep in mind that any HB build, just as any heal build will only take you so far with no prot skills since allies can still be easily killed before you can heal if they get spiked. Also, I wouldn't reccomend you use HB anywhere other than PvE.

Depending on how comfortable you are with being in striking distance of mobs, Healing Whisper+Channeling goes pretty well with Healer's Boon. Archon's build is pretty good. Only changes I'd make would be to replace WoC with Sig of Devotion and put either Whisper or Dismiss Condition in the optional slot.

I will possibly go with Etheral light and Whisper maybe Jamei's Gaze however that does sound a little like Other.I wouldn't want to use Gift of health as for it disables your healing spells for X amount ot time.That is better on a Protection build.

soem of you guys are really fed up with the perfect monk bar...
Healing + Prot + Hex + Condition removal...
You got 2 Monks...
1 monk can maybe go Heal + Hex (good combination you can go full heal and non attributes hex removal or Convert Hex which is also good with no attributes points in it)
The other can try Prot + condition (condition removal is mostly prot so its a good combination) so you got 2 balanced monk builds which makes them both work toghether...
But still 2 Heal + Prot + Hex + condition removal monks is 1337 or not
cause u can use the same skills on one target, which probably goes towards overheal or energy waste in case u cast 2 of the same enchantments on 1 target... But with good communication that should be no single problem...
Edit: ow yeah Ethereal Light instead of Orison of Healing, with a 1/2 cast its not likely to get interrupted

- Inspired hex, if there's a lot of hexing, why not remove 1 and get energy
- Ether sig, if monking well, is a really useful 20+ energy when you're below 8 energy, so spam like hell if you have to, insp hex and or ether sig to get close to 30 again, and hey, if it's really that bad, swap to some +15/-1 regen wand/offhand for an extra 30en!!

Ethereal Light sucks at higher level PvE. You'll be interrupted like mad by archers.
Healing Whisper works like a charm in its place.
Healing Touch is great for self, but your silly hero monk will abuse it - running right into the fray to touch heal a tank.
Note: Healer's Boon is the BEST monk elite to copy off your teammate or hero (with Arcane Mimicry) so you can enjoy 2 elites.

Or you can cast between their arrows, and not get interrupted. Whisper is a good skill as well, but Ethereal is hard on pass up in an HBoon build.

you won't be interrupted particularly at high level pve as with hb it's a half second cast, that isn't too bad.
