WTB A Command-based req 7 or 8, armor 15 or 16 shield

Fairly simple. I'm looking for a Reinforced Defender. 16 armor. Req 8 Command. Must have an inscription slot.

I'm willing to pay somewhere between 45K - 75K depending on what mods it has, if any.

P.S. I changed what I'm looking for. It's now more specific than when I first started the thread. No 15 armor shields. And Unfortunately, there are no 16 armor shields with req 7 in Elona.
