PC on max dmg gold 15^50 req.9 sundering(20/20) Embossed scythe of shelter(+7)

I would like to know how much my req.9 embossed scythe is worth.

Sundering Embosed scythe of shelter
Armor penitration 20/20
armor+7 (vs physical dmg)
Dmg+15%(while health is above 50%)

Any help with this would be great, and if you would like to buy it, i will be selling it soon.

I'd say about 20k, but it might be worth it to salvage the 20/20 since more people are looking for that.
