Not seeing elite sunspear armorer Ahamid

After reading wiki, it says that the following appear after the Building The Base quest.

"After this quest has been completed, Ahamid, Shausha, Kenohir, Libeh and Zuwarah will be available in the Command Post."

I really want to get the elite sunspear armor for my Paragon from Ahamid but he's just not there after I have completed Nightfall with both my paragon and dervish.
I've got Kenohir, Libeh and Zuwarah unlocked in the Command Post but not the others - is there something I need to do to unlock them? I took the Margrid path with both the paragon and dervish.

They always appear after Building the base in the Command Center, they are to the right along with the merchant and such in the back corner area. If there not there don't know what it would be.

Fully explore the Command Post, you'll probably find em, they are kind of hidden. As well as a couple of other Collectors(Kournan Pendants) etc...

If I remember correctly, these NPCs or at least the armorer should be by the exit to Sunward marches.

I have had the same issue as you. I did the quest to unlock the 15k armor crafter BUT none of the npcs appeared until the other Building The Base quests were completed....

All 3 Building the Base subquests must be completed. The armorer and 15k armorer are both in the grotto to the left of Sunward Marches exit.

The first Building The Base quest gives you the skill trainer, prof changer, material traders, merchant, and 1k armorer.

The second quest gives you the 15k armorer and 2 more npc's (can't remember which ones, but they're all in the northern part of the CP)

The third one gives the scroll traders, I think.
