PC on req 8 sund. chaos axe of fortitude

its req 8 +30 20 20 and its15 while enchanted im getting people saying
"oh its 40k"
"yeah thats 100k+10 e"
"thats about 100k+40e"
someone please give me a good price ><

30-40kish imo... i don't see it going any higher but what do i know
