Unknown elements so far are the attribute settings and type of armor used as well as the weapon mods.
I would assume that Geomancer armor would be used for this as one of the skills converts dmg to earth dmg and there is a 20% enchanting mod as well as the typical 20/20 earth mod... Attributes could be arranged after practice to see what needs to be set where....
But that's just an educated guess...
