the kuunavang attacks will only recharge with morale boost. my question.....
does assassin promise (gained from Xuexao) recharge the skills as well since it recharges all skills.
Although I've neverplayed assassin I'm going to go on right ahead and guess no. My guess is the celestial skill will behave like Resurrection signet and ONLY be rechargeable through a proper morale boost, that is, killing one of the bosses.
