having this problem since 3-4 days.
Ping just goes sky-high (record is 88k ping) and i start teleporting all over the map. Then in 2-3 secs it goes back to 150. But sometimes i cant do anyhting for more then 15secs. My only interest in GW is gvg and play monk, so I can't take part in GvG's anymore. Contacted ISP but they said everything is fine on their side. When I ping www.yahoo.com I get an avergae of 200ms and package loss of 0%. It can't be my computer either, because nothing was changed in it. I derfagmented it, then defragmented GW with a nice program and it went down from 5175 files/fragment to 18 ro something. Installed new drivers for my video card, my FPS is around 31-40 pretty much all the time. Also I changed to Am. servers, helped abit but not much. Im not downloading anything while playing, dont have a firewall.
Any idea what the problem might be?

LOL

Yes, my latency has been high lately.

In addition to the Error 7 issues on porting, latency has been an issue.

I already play at a disadvantage being on a Satellite Connection and I monitor my connection closely. The recent latency issues seemed to only be in relation to Guild Wars during the last few days.

The start of the problems coincide with the last game update and the end of Winterfest.
