Question on location of a skill.

I am a W/Mo playing Factions, i need Vigorous Spirit for my build but i can't seem to find it. I looked at the wiki and it says that sort of spell is in Prophecies.
Now i don't have Proph, i only have Factions and Nightfall for now. Is there some sort of boss, or a skill trader because i have looked for it and wasn't lucky.

I am almost at the end of Factions and will move on to NF soon, can anyone help me please.
