Interesting mods (not a big fan of +hp on death magic gear, myself.)
That's a pretty common skin, I think. I could swear I've seen a blue collectors item like that from Factions somewhere.
So, if gold, maybe 15-25k?? Could take you a while to find a buyer, as I don't think it's rare ... and most of the death necro builds I've played with are better run with low health. (Could be wrong - I'm not an expert necro.)
You may have an easier time selling either the 20% master of my domain or the +30 core mods stand alone if it's from NF. Check the PC sticky on weapon mods in this forum for prices. I'd say try for the inscription first, then the core if the item is still there. Selling caster gear can take a lot more time than martial gear. Perfect caster mods seem to sell pretty well, too.
Believe others over me, as I am not a PC guru. Take any PC with a grain of salt - it's worth what someone will buy it for. :/
