How about fixing the character deletion system?

I deleted my pvp mesmer and apparently, the game doesn't know the difference between "Reptilian Wrath" and "Definite Integral". It deleted the wrong one.

I'm sure I typed the correct name in. I have sent a support ticket. Congrats ANET, you have put me off buying Nightfall permanently. What's to say that my 2 bonus slot characters won't "suddenly get deleted"? GG anet, you've lost a customer.

I hope ANET is happy now that they've dissatisfied me for good.
