Pc On Ghostly Blood Staff

Hi all,

I found a gold max dmg Ghostly staff.

Stats:
Max dmg Req 10 blood magic
Half recharge of all spells perfect
Perfect health mod
Crappy cripple mod
Non-Inscribable

I have all the upgrades 2 pimp this staff.

Is this worth anything and should i upgrade it?
If so, with what should i upgrade it?

If the staff doesn't have a second mod (such as halves casting time) on itself it's very hard to sell it. Considering it's non-inscribable too makes it even harder to sell. I'd say that you leave it as it is, a gold never increases in price because of modifying it.
But as this is a rare skin, I would say 30K.
