PC Diamond Aegis, req 9 motivation

Been combing through my inventory today. Have a req 9 motivation diamond aegis. inscription is "master of my domain" (+1 to attribute req.) No shield handle mod on it at the moment.

30k~ or so, very common shield nowadays.
