i was wondering what should be my second profession for dervish? I i was wondering if dervish/monk would be good idea? Because i can deal a lot of damage and i can also heal myself and should my attribute be scythe mastery/mysticism/and healing prayers?

I`m no Dervish expert, but I`m pretty sure that D/W is your safest bet. It has nice nick-nacks like Wild Blow and Rush, that can help you.
Of course, D/Mo gives you Rebirth, but that doesn`t matter a ton, since there is Sunspear Rebirth Signet already. But, you could try and smite if you want.
I would`nt suggest going monk, just to keep yourself alive. Dervishes are already pretty good at that.

any profession that can contribute a bunch of enchantments are great for a Dervish.
heres a few examples:
Monks: Vig spirit works great with a scythe because it triggers everytime a scythe hits; thus it can hit multiple times. Other good skills are RoF, reversal of damage, judges insight, and sheild of absorption. Monk is a great pick because most of its enchants are low cost, low recharge, and spammable.
Elementist: All of the conjures are great even though they have long recharges. Also skills like Windborne speed and flame dijini's haste allow for constant reliable speed increases for ganking strafing targets. Also both Water and Earth Magic hold significant armor bonuses to help out with the derv's whimpy 70 al.
Assassain: Interestingly this is my favorite choice. The Shadow stepping abilities alow for amazing ganking options. Aura of Displacement is amazingly fun because when you cancel it you get all the bonuses, at the same it gives a guick reliable shadowstep. Shadow Arts has much to hold: Feigned Neutrality, Heart of shadow, and Shadow's Refuge all work great.
This is just a sampling of some options you can take. While a Derv should never be limited to just relying on enchants, It is a great place to start and it does hold many interesting possibilities.

If your going with D/Mo I suggest shoving points into smiting use Judge's Insight. With a Vow of Strength build this is an effective combo. Considering that Judge's Insight can give any melee fighter constant 20% armor penetration.
