The drop rate of Lou's Karambits on Waeng

Anyone knows? I was trying to keep delete the quest and farming him with henchies.

Its easier to farm Lou of the Knives himself.

I can take him on easily with just two monk henchies backing me (and could theoretically with just one, but its risky)... from Tahnnakai Temple entrance you can run to Lou without having to kill anyone, and avoiding only one group with a bit of careful maneuvring...

Its not worth bothering with Waeng...

I can take him down solo, but the drop rate is very very low.

I noticed that too.
I expect its because people have been trying to farm him and A-Net decided to nerf his drop-rate... or something to that general extent.
I've tried SO many times to get Lou's Karambits.... to no avail. Very frustrating.

You know while I was making my assassin to try out that solo tombs build, my henchies and I ran into him and he dropped his dags. Some luck then. Well thats my story. I still have it if anybody wants it.

I have taken down Lou solo W/Mo. Got it the 4th try. Sadly my farming of Sskai is not as lucky.

Use the Riptose/Parry build. Pretty easy, But it you don't block the lead attack your in pretty deep crap because he used blinding powder and you know that no hit attacks= no adrenaline. no adrenaline= no damage or blocking. No damage or blocking= No killing (and no karambits)

funny thing is i never got lous korambits from lou himself but i have gotten them from Waeng in 1 try
