Well I have all the makings - just a matter of whether we can agree a price because I would be using top notch stuff.
The bits I would be using is all req 9 divine :
An aureate lamp +30 HP
A Holy rod of either memory (halves recharge Divine favour 20%) or quickening (halves recharge of all spells 10%) - your choice
To the rod I would be adding a perfect Sieze the Day 15/-1 and to the lamp I would be adding a perfect Live for Today 15/-1.
I would value the lamp at 25K and the rod at 12K - If these perfect items are in your price range (or negotiating range) then let me know. If others see this post and want to take up the opportunity then they are free to do so if 3lite declines.
