Ok seriously use full stops and line breaks next time.
There is no way for you to get your heros from low level to level 15 if you got them before the change.
Heros level up faster then your character does. My suggest would be to buy some cheap +50% XP Scrolls and just run away with 1 or 2 low level heros in your party.
Over time they will simply level up.
As a word of advise the following heros play a role in the story (Later in the game) and should be leveled up:
- Koss
- Melonni
- Margrid the Sly AND/OR Master of Whipsers
- General Morgahn

Kinda sucks that if you got your heroes before the update that they are still low level. They should have found a way to make it retroactive. Acolyte Sousuke is still bugged. He starts at lvl 11.
Amity and Truth
Best bet would be the first real mission for foreigners. The one that gives everyone the same AL and hitpoints.

1. take rewards from quest while low level heroes are in party

thats part of the fun, i took my lvl 2 Koss all the way up to the ice cave in Mineral springs, sure he died alot, but he also lvled up very rapidly. i miss my lvl 2 Koss :'(
i had the same problem all my characters got there heros the Day before they increased the lvl to minimum 15 but its really not a problem, just take them on a bit of exploration and quests and they soon lvl.

Can go to cantha and if you've still got a load of Cantha secondary quests to do do them with henchmen...then when you get the quest rewards add the heroes to your party and watch them leap up the levels. I plan to do that with my ranger - he has a load of easy Luxon quests to do.

Take them on 4 man trips to consulate docks. You have helper npc's and they have full hp/armour there.

well... you don't mention where you are in the game... but if you already got to the desert... its easy... (trying not to spoil if you haven't...)

If you can change into a worm go and level them there (don't know after which mission it comes). They'll have same amount of life and energy and there are high lvl enemies that can be slayed with 3 heroes.
Edit: You must have been in "the Remains of Sahlaja" and then farm everything as a worm in the sulfurous wastes. I got my koss from lvl 8 --> 18 in 1 run.

If you have factions, grab a group of hench and do a buttload of the quests.
Add heroes to your party and then claim the quest reward. After 10-15 quests, your heroes are lvl 20, no worries.

Except that mission (Gate of Desolation) comes after the Vabbi missions that require the various heros. That's really late in the game to be running around with low level heros for some.

Pick Me
I took my lvl 2 Koss with my Mo/E and we travelled last week-end. He helped me cap an elite during a mission. I did 3 quests with him and he only died 3 times in total. He's now lvl 10 I think.
It was just me, Koss, lvl 15 R/Mo Hero, lvl 16 N/Me Olias, and 2 henchie monks, and Devona. Yup, Mhenlo and the other healer monk with Devona. Cynn probably wasn't too pleased that my female monk and Devona were accompanying him and she wasn't invited.
Anyway, its easy to level Koss up.

hold on guys the best way to do this is take the Quest Sunspears in Cantha and do it then they should all be level 15 when you do this

This is true for characters who come accross now. People who brought their characters across early are still stuck with L2 heros.

Bring a prot monk with you when you go out, Kihm is great for that. Then stop worrying about low level heroes and just play the game through the storyline.
You'll do just fine.
Starting with low level heroes was fun. Seeing Koss at level 4 charge 6 level 22 mobs and surviving.
There's another aspect. If they do die, they will lose DP after one or two kills, due to their level difference and 5x xp bonus.
So, there really is no need to keep bringing this topic back up.

And one other note you will get some good start out gear with this to also help them if you don't have anything good to give them.

If you have Prophecies you can level heroes to about 10 or so easily by taking them in the Nolani Academy Mission. Flag them to make them stay on the wall by Rurik and then open the gates and kill the Charr. You can easily solo the Charr with just about any character. Once they are dead, just map back to the outpost, rinse, and repeat.

Just after I bought Nightfall, I did the mad rush to get all my exsisting chars (5) their heros. Still lvl'ing them up using xp scrolls and killing bugs in the jungle.
The fastest way I found to lvl them up is to get to the mainland in Nightfall and make the rounds of the Marga Coast and Arkjok Ward using xp scrolls and the bounty to get Sunspear promotion points

Acolytes Sousuke and Jin weren't part of the "upgrade" to lvl 15 because, technically speaking, they're not required (not part of any primary quests or missions, and their recruitment quests aren't required either).
