I have a question that has to do with valuing weapons

i know lower required weapons are more desired and more useful wen u need more attributes in another attribute slot rather than the weapon attribute.. but sytches , axes & other high dmg weapons are better wen the attribute is higher since u have a higher chance of hitting with a critical hit, so a high required weapon with high dmg shouldnt lower the price so much.. people want perfect/rare stuff.
that's not a matter of damage or effectiveness.
