This Paragon build works as a bonder, but is capable of doing more things then just negate damage. Though it hast got REAL constant halvation, while the normal Monk bonder does also -50% damage.
Although I must admit that a monk bonder will work slightly better, I can't admit that this isn't a bad way to do it.

Angelic Bond [Elite] (Leadership)
For 30 seconds, all damage suffered by target ally is divided equally with you.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:5
Stoneflesh Aura (Earth Magic)
For 17 seconds, damage you receive is reduced by 25, and you are immune to critical attacks.
Energy:10 Cast:2 Recharge:15
Angelic Protection (Leadership)
For 10 seconds, any time target other ally takes more than 130 damage per second, that ally is healed for any damage over that amount.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:30
"Never Surrender!" (Command)
For 10 seconds, all allies within earshot and below 75% health gain 3 health regeneration.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:20
"Go For The Eyes!" (Command)
For 10 seconds, the next time each ally within earshot makes an attack, they have an additional 54% chance to critical.

Blazing Finale (Leadership)
For 30 seconds, whenever a Chant or Shout ends on target non-spirit ally, all foes adjacent to that ally are set on fire for 3 seconds.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:8
"They're on Fire!" (Leadership)
For 20 seconds, allies within earshot 41% less damage from foes suffering from Burning.
Energy:10 Cast:0 Recharge:20
Signet of Return (Leadership)
Resurrect target party member with 13% health and 3% energy for each party member within earshot.
Energy:0 Cast:6 Recharge:15

I really like this build... Seen some top guild running it in HA and its pretty nice I must admid...
Since it lowers your damage taken, and when people find out your the angelic bonder u also got extra protection from this skill... yeah really nice

I like this build also, but I'd like it better if you could squeeze one more point into Command to meet the shield req.

What exactly is the use of Angelic Protection if you are reducing dmg for your team?
Won't it be hard to trigger Angelic Protection?
And if you're going for some armor buff build, i'd leave out 'Go For The Eyes' and swap it for some ward/Armor of Earth or something. Although GFTE is a good trigger for finales.

And skylancer...it works for energy, GFTE is a great income with the 8 partymembers around (7 energy in...ahm 1.25x4=5secs)

I see why, but (always is one) you focus on small pieces of ground with that build, wether in most pve you will slice through mobs and keep moving. But for the energy management it's ok

Put Balthazars Spirit on yourself like a normal monk bonder, you will get good energy return, though you have to change second to monk.
