Riposte and Deadly Riposte

Hey,

I just started the Prophicies campain after beating Factions and NF, and i was wondering where the earlyest place to get Riposte and Deadly Riposte.

I was also wondering where i can cap Gladiators defence.

Deadly Riposte - skill trainer Mazzim at Fisherman's Haven

Riposte - skill trainer Gammel at Copperhammer Mines
