the item im trying to get a Price Check for is a

Firey Dragon Sword 15-22 damage
(Requirement 7 Swordsmanship)
The rarity is a blue (not purple, or gold) yes. it is blue.

go figure

The only mod on it is:

Swordsmanship +1 (20% chance)
(note that i really did find it like this, i did not add it)

assuming it's not inscribable.. merchant/salvage. nothing special.. well not in my eyes...

agreed, Max req 7 wepaons without a damage mod are rather common
