Nuker's Promise

I allways meant to post this build up here someday, but I never got to it. Anyway, here's my favorite nuker build:

Summary:
A Nuker has allways been a powerful weapon, but with a drawback that it's most devastating spell is slow and takes a long time to re-use. Thus to tackle this problem we use Glyph of sacrifice to ignore the long cast time of Meteor shower, also, with Assassin's Promise, the added 30 seconds doesn't matter since all your skills are reset anyway.

when using this build you should allready know how to use a nuker, however, there's 1 condition, the timing of Assassin's Promise, take a look at your enemies, only use Assassin's Promise if your're sure the target will die, so be careful with monks.

Bed of Coals is a nice combo with Meteor shower, since it will cause constant burning to those who stay put, however, enemies WILL run from Bed of Coals if they get the chance, so it may be better not to use it if you want the to stay in the meteor shower.

Flame djinn's haste is a nice running skill with a nice bonus of doing very nice point-blank AoE damage, ideal for Alliance battles where running is essential for a win.

Counters: standard ele counters, watch out for hex breaker, it's getting more and more frequent.


Credit: Although there have been several people using this kind of build, I've been using this build since a bit after the start of Factions (with the exception of the NF skills) at wich point I had never seen anyone else use it.

or shock if you are going to be using those speed buffs, i could definately see this working in AB
