Everyone who plays Ranger or Paragon on occasion knows this annoying thing:
You're standing higher or lower than your target, you can hit him with normal attacks, but you can't use attack skills on him!
I'm sure I'm not the only one who is highly annoyed by it. Now I'm sure there's some smartasses around going to say "Walk down to him you lazy bastard!".
Well, in GvG, or actually any kind of PvP, positioning is quite important. If you have the advantage of being able to hit from a distance, use it!
Also, it's quite unlogic that we can hit them with normal attacks but not with skills.

Ooo....this one bugs me a lot...I have a longbow for a reason, I shouldn't have to walk into shortbow range to use attack skills...its really annoying...

Fix the part where it goes through the scenery. After all its annoying to be on the recieving end of an attack thats just gone through a pillar.

Yes it gets me very annoyed when I am at the maximum range of a longbow and the enemy is out of casting range but then I can't use an attack skill on that enemy until I do get in casting range. That is pretty much destroying the advantage of a longbow, to attack casters when out of their casting range

i've had this problem MANY times, and lost the advantage of hidden distraction of skills due to this.
also /signed for the view is obstructed on bridges and stairs, happens quite often.

This bug was introduced with one of the updates though. It wasn't allways a problem. But as it is now, I just can't activate skills when i'm out of shortbow range, despite the bow i'm using.

i duno if you mean what i get but when playing on ranger every so often i can't use skills. Seems to always happen vs darkness at end of tomb for a short while, very annoying.
