With the recent skill update, the condition Weakness has been changed to: Attacks deal 66% less damage, and minus one to all atributes. Correct?
So that means a Necro with 9 SR, 8 Curses, and 9 healing (random attributes) will be changed to: 8 SR, 7 Curses, and 8 healing?
So, does this mean it's overpowered? You are basically at an advantage when you are not suffering from this condition? Because your foe has less attributes than you...
I think this is an imbalance. Monks can heal less, Rit's spirits are weaker, Warriors/Assassins/Rangers/Dervishes/Paragons have a huge damage reduction, and caster's are in trouble. Most casters use attributes at their breakpoints (ex. [skill=text]Shield of Absorption[/skill] at 14 protection because thats when it increases to 7 seconds rather than 6).
Do you think this needs to be changed?
