Help! Need to cap an Elite!

Hello, I'm new to these forums (just signed up today) and I am not completely sure if this is in the right section of the forums, I'm sorry if it is. However, I am working on a 55 Monk build, and I need the skill Shield of Judgement. Unfortunentely, it has taken me an extremely long time looking for someone to run me from droks to War Camp, Copperhammr, etc. so I can get close to the place in the Shiverpeaks to capture that skill, but a long time of searching has not payed off, I cannot find a runner. If anyone can please run me to the place closest to the area to capture the skill, a guild member of mine said he can get me from the town closest to the boss to the boss so I can capture the skill. Heck, if someone can bring me to the boss and help me kill it to capture the skill as well, that would be great! If you want a price to run me there, we can negotiate a fair price.
