i use zealous daggers of fortitude. you can kill pretty much anything (unsuspecting) with a full combo

with such high strength, you should have sentinals. and instead of endurance, use flourish for skill recharge and energy. also, i dont think u need 16 strength. ive never played sin much, or a w/a with daggers, but it seems like it would work.

Unsuspecting will most likely not count as a recharging skill for Flourish. I would use a different/no lead attack.
