1. When will it end?

2. Do the skill changes have a chance to become permanent? Like when Arenanet likes the changes and keeps it permanent? Or are they only temporary?

When will it end? Well, they call it Test Weekend... so I would guess it runs over the weekend? Probably stop sometime monday afternoon I suppose.

Yes, thats why they are testing. To see what works best.
