I have scoured the forums in the hop of finding an answer that works for this. I have tried the following :
-Visiting the Support site and trying all of their suggestions.
-Adding the correct ports to the permissions of the firewall/antivirus
-Reinstalling, rebooting
Nothing seems to work, and I am locked out completely. Anyone else having this error? Everything was working perfectly yesterday, and when I try to login today, the error message comes up.
Can anyone help, I'm supposed to be helping a friend right now... =x
