with shield of regen being reduced to 5 second recharge for the weekend, you can easily have 100 energy and be able to have some fun with using SoR...

Skill set could be just about anything:

Aura of Restoration (mini divine favor for yourself )
Shield of Regeneration {E}
Dismiss Condition
<hex removal>
Glyph of Lesser Energy
Sac Glyph
Res Chant
Reversal of Fortune

something like that might just have a future if the SoR stays at 5 recharge.

try adding glyph of lesser energy, then energy management is covered for the high costing spells abit. But other than that I cant think of any other energy management atm

If you have some in prot already, Extinguish is sexy on an elementalist. Shield of Regen wouldn't be my elite of choice but eh..

Me/Mo Dom Mesmer would be more desirable, if you're trying to use the skill. E/Mo has too many good elites to pass by.

Glyph of Lesser can be used on a Mo/E just as well.

Me/Mo will run dry so fast using SoR.
