While extremely rare to the point that even traders won't carry them, I think the HUGE nerf of this armor piece has made it ineffective. Try getting 10-20k for it

The best place to use this for is probably a runner build for droks. I know that one can get the lieutenant's helmet which has the same stats (don't quote me on this).
