Having problems with 'decompressing' on update files

Hi all,

I did a fresh install of my GW client about a week ago (new machine). I was trying to zone to LA, I get the downloaded files ok, but the GW client just hangs on the decompressing part. Anyone else having this problem? If so how did you fix it. I'm running the client with a '-image' switch right now.

ASUS crosshair MB
ASUS GF8800 GTS
2GB Corsiar XMS ram
2x320GB Seagate drives (mirrored)
Soundblaster XFi (gamer ed.)
Nforce driver ver. 9.35
Geforce Driver ver. 97.92

Maybe try disabling any active anti-virus/firewall and give it a go. I recall there being something about decompressing and some anti-virus/firewall programs...or maybe that was something else....anyhow, worth a shot I suppose. Don't expect anything though. :P
