I am not buying a "Perfect Modded" axe, since I already have inscriptions and upgrades to mod the axe.
Any posts regarding to "Perfect mod" axes will be ignored. The only things I require the item to be is.. rare (gold lettering) and inscribable.
Req does not matter, Higher the req, the better. so... 13 req would be ideal.
